Kaarel Kiidron<\/strong> is an experienced property developer who has founded a number of real estate companies. Now he\u2019s embarked on a new chapter: setting up Livida with Foxway founders Paul Padrik and Urvo M\u00e4nnama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen you\u2019re constantly involved in real estate, you understand what works, what people appreciate and where there\u2019s room for improvement,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s why, as a broker, I found myself focusing more and more on the planning process.\u201d The logical next step a few years later, in 2018, was to found the now well-known Dorpat Ehitus and Dorpat Kinnisvara. Kiidron\u2019s portfolio features more than 30,000 m2 of buildings, including those at Anna Haava 16 and 18, Raatuse 64, Ujula 75\/77\/79\/81 and several other modern residential buildings in Tartu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Livida team boasts other members with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector as well. \u201cIf you want to provide a really good service, you need like-minded people around you,\u201d Kiidron said. \u201cYou might be able to make decisions faster on your own, but you can go much further when you work as a team.\u201d. In building up the structure of the service, he sought out those who would help him lay the foundations of Livida. In addition to Kiidron, the company is currently run by marketing director Lauri Sokk, project managers Kaspar Kirss, Alvar Kiidron and Lauri Paat, creative director Daisy Kiidron and interior architect Eva-Mai S\u00f5rmus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaspar Kirss<\/strong> and Lauri Paat<\/strong> are Livida’s project managers. Both Lauri and Kaspar have over ten years of knowledge and expertise in the construction and real estate fields. Drawing on their long-standing experience, they manage construction projects that are part of Livida’s portfolio and are involved in the daily construction planning of these developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Livida\u2019s in-house interior designer Eva-Mai S\u00f5rmus<\/strong> is also a key member of the team. With a background in the arts, she became a certified interior designer in 2014 and has been working in the field for the last decade, providing designs for many homes in both Tartu and Tallinn. Her aim is to create a workable interior design, a good atmosphere and an integrated whole that makes the client truly feel at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alvar Kiidron<\/strong>, also our project manager, has extensive experience in sales, construction, and logistics. His technical knowledge and systematic approach ensure a smooth work process and high-quality results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025 has been a landmark year for Livida, as the volume of developments has been steadily increasing. In order to ensure that Livida’s service continues to be of high quality, project coordinator Roland Saks<\/strong> and sales partner Steven Saarnak<\/strong> joined our team at the end of the year. While Roland’s task, similar to Alvari, Kaspar and Lauri Paat, is to manage our construction activities, Steven has primarily come to the aid of Annika to provide the best quality service to our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last but not least two important people in our team are Daisy Kiidron<\/strong> and Lauri Sokk<\/strong>, whose experience in marketing and service design is invaluable. Lauri and Daisy’s goal is to provide support to the Livida team in designing and implementing the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An ambitious start and first projects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the leadership of such talented people, Livida is tackling its first major project: Radhaus<\/strong><\/a> on Town Hall Square in Tartu. Under the auspices of its new owner, Radhaus will become a modern and luxurious residential and commercial building \u2013 for the first time offering an opportunity to buy a home in a fully renovated building in the very heart of Tartu. This 19th-century building, which over the years has been home to cartwrights and hoteliers, is undergoing major refurbishments. In addition to Radhaus, a number of buildings are planned for renovation and development in the future, including the P\u00e4rmivabrik Quarter in the \u00dclej\u00f5e district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
